if i reset the main memory on my samsung omnia will it delete my contacts?

i want to reset my main memory in my omnia because it’s starting to run slow and it is almost full, but i don’t want to delete my contats will resetting it delete them? and if so is there a way to delete unwanted things without resetting?

    Is there a way to delete unwanted things without resetting? Yes
    start >settings> system> remove programs

    But that is a lengthy process and dosen’t get every thing, i would recommend backing up your phone then restore your contacts. with spb backup (use the trial ,email me if you would like to get it registered or google for it, it expires after 2 weeks), If you discover you’ve deleted something you needed …since you have it backed up, you can always return to the way it was. Remember to save it in a safe place.
